At Allanasons, the focus has always been on delivering nothing but the very best in quality. The choicest fruits are selected, inspected, sorted, washed and then taken to the ripening sheds where they are ripened in a uniform manner under controlled conditions to maintain the colour, flavour and taste. The ripened fruits are then thermally processed and aseptically packed in pre-sterilized high barrier bags to retain the natural taste, flavour, colour and aroma of the fruit.

All our fruit processing plants are HACCP and ISO certified. The plant, machinery and the process layouts are designed keeping the GMP and critical control points (CCPs) into consideration. Very high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained all throughout the plants to meet the international standards.

The fruit processing plants are managed by teams of technically qualified professionals who are well versed with the production management and are capable of delivering world class quality products meeting the requirements of the overseas buyers.

Our total exports per annum are about 400,000 MTS of Frozen Foods. A scale that results in optimal operations in sourcing, processing and service levels.

We have 8 processing lines are operating at three locations in the North, West and South India with combined capacities of 42 tons / hour of finished products, producing 50000 tons of Aseptic and Frozen fruit purees/ concentrates and cut fruits.
